H.E.Mr. Ma Mingqiang welcomed the the 21st Chinese Naval Escort Fleet with more than 500 people including representatives of Bangladesh-based Chinese companies and overseas Chinese students, as well as the Bangladeshi naval officers and sailors in Chittagong Port on January 27,2016.
