Ambassador Li Jiming held telephone talks with Dr. A. K. Abdul Momen, Hon'ble Foreign Minister and Mr. Masud Bin Momen, Foreign Secretary and Mr. Asadul Islam, Secretary of Health and Family Welfare Ministry respectively over the coronavirus outbreak situation. Ambassador Li briefed the latter on China's prevention and control measures against the epidemic, and said the Chinese government and people is fully confident and capable of winning the battle. The Bangladeshi side praised the timely and resolute measures taken by China and its responsible and transparent stance over the issue.
