On February 17, 2020, Ambassador Li Jiming delivered a speech and interacted with participants in Q&A session During DCAB talk. President Angur Nahar Monty, General Secretary Touhidur Rahman and over 30 members of DCAB attended the function.

Ambassador Li briefed the DCAB members on the latest updates of prevention and control measures of COVID-19 in China, introduced the system advantage of socialism with Chinese characteristics and diplomatic policies of China. He stressed that the China-Bangladesh relationship is now at its best in history, and encouraged the DCAB members to make more contributions and efforts to the development of China-Bangladesh friendship.
