On November 19th 2022, the launching ceremony of the 3rd China-South Asia Cooperation Forum was held in Kunming, Yunnan. H.E. Dr. Abu Kalam Abdul Momen, MP, Hon’ble Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh, the theme country of the 6th China-South Asia Expo, delivered a pre-recorded speech during the ceremony. H.E.
