On May 21st, H.E. Mr Yao Wen, Ambassador of China to Bangladesh, called on H.E. Mr Md Zahid Ahsan Russel, State Minister of Youth and Sports. The two sides had in-depth discussions on various matters, including the participation of the Bangladeshi team in the coming Asian Games, strengthening bilateral sports cooperation, and youth exchanges.

Mohiuddin Ahmed, Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Bangladesh，Md Nazrul Islam, Additional Secretary of the Ministry, and Mr. Liwen Yue, Cultural Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, attended the meeting.
