The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics are about to open. Just a few days ago, an event "Sing a Song & Join Hands to Welcome the Winter Olympics" - Beijing Winter Olympics theme slogan promotion song competition, jointly sponsored by the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, the Bangladeshi Department of China Media Group (CMG), and Bangladesh RTV station (RTV), officially started.

The event released a sample of the Bangladeshi language version of the Beijing Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics theme slogan promotion song "Together to the Future" to Bangladeshi people through the organizers' TV column platforms and related social media platforms, and also invited Bangladeshi people to participate in the singing competition.

The outstanding singing works collected will be released on the relevant Facebook platforms, and the music videos with high video playback and good comments from netizens will be broadcast on TV stations. The song collection period ends at the end of February, and the judging and awards will be completed in March.

The promotion song "Together to the Future" was written by Wang Pingjiu and composed by Chang Shilei. The Bengali version is sung by Pinky Chettri, a well-known young singer from Bangladesh. The event will help Bangladesh people better understand the Beijing Winter Olympics, experience the Winter Olympics culture，and increase their interaction with the organizer's social media.
