On  November 25, the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh hosted a reception for  the Bangladesh Islamic Political Parties Friendship Delegation before  their departure to visit China. H.E. Mr. Yao Wen, the Chinese Ambassador  to Bangladesh, attended the event and delivered remarks. Honorable  Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and the leaders  from Khilafat Andalon, Khilafat Majlis, Nezam Islam Party,  Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh, were invited to attend the reception.

Ambassador  Yao stated that the upcoming visit to China is very important, and will  serve as the new start to further strengthen party-to-party  cooperation, jointly promote the China-Bangladesh Comprehensive  Strategic Cooperative Partnership to a new height.
