From November 25 to 30, at the invitation of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, the "Hello, China" Youth Delegation, composed of Bangladeshi Chinese language learners, Wushu athletes, and outstanding high school students, visited Kunming, Mile, and Yuxi in Yunnan Province. During their visit, they experienced Yunnan's unique cultural heritage, explored local tourism resources, engaged in cultural exchanges, and visited Yunnan Minzu University to immerse themselves in the fascinating integration of Chinese culture and tourism.
The delegation explored archaeological museums, touching the depth of millennia-old history; walked through art towns, experiencing boundless creativity; stepped into university campuses, showcasing their youthful energy; and performed on stage, presenting ethnic classics. The six-day trip to China was filled with surprises and emotional moments, leaving a lasting impression on the participants.
After returning home, the delegation members expressed their excitement and eagerness to share their experiences in China with family, friends, and classmates. Afrin, a member of the delegation, said: “I am deeply grateful to the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh for bringing me to a land I had long dreamed of, unveiling a glimpse of vast China. This cultural journey has strengthened my determination to pursue further studies in China. I hope to return to this land one day as an international student.”
