  一、基础申请材料:  

     

      无论申请何种签证,申请人均需提供以下材料:  

  (一)护照:有效期为6个月以上、有空白签证页的护照原件,以及护照照片资料页复印件1份。复印件应印在A4纸上。   

  (二)签证申请表及照片:1份填写完整的《中华人民共和国签证申请表》。申请人应随申请表附上近期、正面、白底、彩色、免冠的签证照片两张。  

  (三)合法居留证明(适用于非孟加拉国申请人):如申请人非孟加拉国公民,需提供在有效居留许可原件和复印件。  

  (四)原中国护照或原中国签证(适用于曾有中国国籍,后加入外国国籍者):如申请人系首次申请中国签证,须提供原中国护照原件及护照照片资料页复印件;如申请人曾获中国签证并持新换发外国护照申请签证,须提供原外国护照照片资料页及曾获得的中国签证复印件(如果新护照所记载的姓名与原护照不一致,还须提供有关官方出具的更改姓名的证明文件)。  

     

      二、其它支持性申请材料   

       

  C字签证  

  外国运输公司出具的担保函或中国境内有关单位出具的邀请函。   

     

  D字签证  

  中国公安部签发的外国人永久居留身份确认表原件及复印件。  

  请注意   

  持证人入境中国后须在30日内向拟居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构申请办理居留证件。   

    

      F、M字签证  

  一、凭《邀请核实单》及中国境内邀请方出具的邀请函、或凭《邀请函TE》(打印件或复印件)办理。该类邀请函应通过中国境内的邀请方办理。  

  二、凭孟加拉国政府部门、行会组织、重要机构、龙头商会、知名企业、科研院校、从事中孟合作的机构、主要友华团体及中国商会、华联会等机构出具的任职函或证明函,可免于提交《被授权单位邀请函》或《邀请确认函》。申请人须提交中国境内邀请方出具的邀请函,且应包括以下内容:

  1、被邀请人信息:姓名、性别、出生日期、护照号码;

  2、被邀请人访问信息:来华事由、抵离日期、访问地点、行程、与邀请人(单位)关系、费用来源等;

   3、邀请人(单位)信息:名称、联系电话、地址、单位印鉴、邀请人或法人签字等;

   4、邀请方应在函中明确承诺申请人在华期间遵守中国法律法规并按期离境。

  三、领事官员可能会要求申请人提供其他证明文件或补充材料,要求申请人来使馆接受面谈,或返回孟加拉国后来使馆销签。申请人应对领事官员的上述要求予以配合。

       G字签证  

  要求同L字签证。   

     

       J1字签证  

  中国外交部新闻司签发的签证通知函及记者所在媒体出具的公函  

  请注意   

  持证人入境中国后须在30日内向拟居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构申请办理居留证件。  

     

  J2字签证  

  中国外交部新闻司或有关被授权单位的签证通知函及记者所在媒体出具的公函。  

     

  L字签证  

  申请人应提供以下材料之一:  

  (一)被授权旅游单位提供的《旅游邀请函》和银行存款证明(旅程每天不少于100美元);  

  (二)中国境内旅行社签发的邀请函、已付款酒店订单、在华行程单、往返机票订单、银行存款证明(旅程每天不少于100美元);  

       

  

      Q1字签证  

  如系家庭团聚事由,须提供:  

  (一)居住在中国境内的中国公民或有中国永久居留资格的外国人出具的邀请函件,该邀请函须包含以下内容:  

  1.被邀请人个人信息:姓名、性别、出生日期、护照号码等;  

  2.被邀请人访问信息:来华事由、拟抵达日期、拟居留地点、拟居留期限、与邀请人关系、费用来源等;  

  3.邀请人信息:邀请人姓名、联系电话、地址、证件号码、邀请人签字等。  

  (二)邀请人的中国身份证复印件或外国人护照及永久居留证复印件;  

  (三)申请人与邀请人之间的家庭成员关系证明文件原件和复印件。  

  (四)申请人来华机票订单。  

  如系寄养事由,须提供:  

  (一)中国驻外使领馆出具的寄养委托公证或经过所在国或中国公证认证的寄养委托书;  

  (二)委托人护照原件、复印件及其与被寄养儿童的亲属关系证明;  

  (三)接受寄养的受托人(需为居住在中国境内的中国公民)出具的同意接受寄养函件及身份证复印件;  

  (四)寄养儿童父母双方或者一方为中国公民的,还应提供儿童出生时中国籍父母在境外定居证明的复印件。  

  请注意

   Q2字签证  

  (一)居住在中国境内的中国公民或具有中国永久居留资格的外国公民出具的邀请函件。该邀请函须包含以下内容:

  2.被邀请人访问信息:来华事由、抵离日期、访问地点、与邀请人关系、费用来源等;  

  3.邀请人信息:姓名、联系电话、地址、证件信息、邀请人签字等。  

  (二)邀请人的中国身份证复印件或外国人护照及永久居留证复印件。  

  (三)亲属关系证明文件原件及复印件。  

  (四)申请人往返中国的机票。  

       

      R字签证  

  使馆仅根据国内有关部门通知审发此种签证。  

     

      S1字签证  

      (一)邀请人(因工作、学习等事由在中国境内居留的外国人)签发的邀请函。该函须包含以下内容:  

  1.被邀请人个人信息:姓名、性别、出生日期、护照号码等;  

  2.被邀请人访问信息:来华事由、拟抵达日期、拟居留地点、与邀请人关系、费用来源等;  

  3.邀请人信息:姓名、联系电话、地址、护照号码、邀请人签字等;  

  4.明确说明希望申请人申请S1签证。  

  (二)邀请人护照及居留许可复印件;  

  (三)申请人与邀请人之间的亲属关系证明(结婚证、出生证、户口簿等亲属关系证明文件或亲属关系公证书等)原件和复印件。  

  (四)申请人来华机票订单复印件。  

  (五)申请人须亲身来馆提交申请,并接受领事官员的面谈。  

      请注意   

  (一)可申请S1签证的亲属仅包括邀请人配偶、父母、未满十八岁的子女、配偶父母  

  (二)持证人入境中国后须在30日内向拟居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构申请办理居留证件。  

  (三)邀请人在华居留许可有效期应多于六个月。  

     

  S2字签证  

      (一)邀请人(因工作、学习等事由在中国境内居留的外国人)的护照及居留许可复印件;  

  (二)邀请人出具的邀请函件。该邀请函须包含以下内容:  

  1.被邀请人个人信息:姓名、性别、出生日期、护照号码等;  

  2.被邀请人访问信息:来华事由、抵离日期、访问地点、与邀请人关系、费用来源等;  

  3.邀请人信息:姓名、联系电话、地址、护照号码、邀请人签字等。  

  (三)申请人与邀请人之间亲属关系证明原件及复印件。  

  (四)申请人往返机票订单复印件。  

  (五)申请人须亲身来馆提交申请,并接受领事官员的面谈。  

   请注意  

  (一)可申请S2签证的亲属仅包括邀请人配偶、父母、配偶父母、子女、子女配偶、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女  

  (二)申请人拟在华居留期限不应超过邀请人在华居留许可期限,否则其申请将不获通过。   

     

   X1字签证  

  (一)中国境内招收院校出具的录取通知书原件及复印件;  

  (二)《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(JW201JW202表)原件及复印件。   

  (三)申请人来华留学受奖学金资助的,应提供相关证明。自费申请人应提供账户存款证明(2500美元/年)。  

  (四)申请人须亲身来馆提交申请,并接受领事官员的面谈。  

  请注意  

  持证人入境中国后须在30日内向拟居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构申请办理居留证件。   

     

      X2字签证  

  要求同X1签证。  

        

  Z字签证  

  须提供下列证明材料之一:  

  (一)《外国专家来华工作许可证》原件及复印件;  

  (二)《外国人就业许可证书》原件及复印件;  

  (三)《中华人民共和国外国人工作许可通知》复印件;  

  (四)工商行政管理部门签发的外国(地区)企业《常驻代表机构登记证明》;  

  (五)文化行政主管部门签发的商业性文艺演出批件(只适用于来华进行商业演出的申请人)。   

  (六)中国海洋石油总公司签发的 《外国人在中华人民共和国从事海上石油作业邀请信》原件;  

  请注意   

  持证人入境中国后须在30日内向拟居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构申请办理居留证件。  

     

    

       三、特别提示  

  (一)上述邀请函可以是传真件、复印件或打印件。但领事官员可要求申请人提供邀请函原件。  

  (二)必要时,领事官员可根据情况要求申请人提供其他证明文件或补充材料,或要求申请人接受面谈。  

  (三)领事官员根据申请人的具体情况决定是否颁发签证及签证的有效期、停留期限和入境次数。

  Issued to those who intend to go to China for exchanges, visits, study toursand other activities.  

  G  

  Issued to those who intend to transit through China.  

  J1  

  Issued to resident foreign journalists of foreign news organizations stationed in China. The intended duration of stay in China exceeds 180 days.  

  J2  

  Issued to foreign journalists who intend to go to China for short-term news coverage. The intended duration of stay in China is no more than 180 days.  

  L  

  Issued to those who intend to go to China as a tourist.  

  M  

  Issued to those who intend to go to China for commercial and trade activities.  

  Q1  

  Issued to those who are family members of Chinese citizens or of foreigners with Chinese permanent residence and intend to go to China for family reunion, or to those who intend to go to China for the purpose of foster care. The intended duration of stay in China exceeds 180 days.  

  "Family members" refers to spouses, parents, sons, daughters, spouses of sons or daughters, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandsons, granddaughters and parents-in-law.  

  Q2  

  Issued to those who intend to visit their relatives who are Chinese citizens residing in China or foreigners with permanent residence in China. The intended duration of stay in China is no more than 180 days.  

  R  

  Issued to those who are high-level talents or whose skills are urgently needed in China.  

  S1  

  Issued to those who intend to go to China to visit the foreigners working or studying in China to whom they are spouses, parents, sons or daughters under the age of 18 or parents-in-law, or to those who intend to go to China for other private affairs. The intended duration of stay in China exceeds 180 days.  

  S2  

  Issued to those who intend to visit their family members who are foreigners working or studying in China, or to those who intend to go to China for other private matters. The intended duration of stay in China is no more than 180 days.  

  "family members" refers to spouses, parents, sons, daughters, spouses of sons or daughters, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandsons, granddaughters and parents-in-law.  

  X1  

  Issued to those who intend to study in China for a period of more than 180 days.  

  X2  

  Issued to those who intend to study in China for a period of no more than 180 days.  

  Z  

  Issued to those who intend to work in China.  

  1.Here are the basic documents for your visa application :  

  (1) Passport  

  Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank visa pages, and a photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate.  

  (2) Visa Application Form and Photo  

  One completed Visa Application Form with two recently-taken color passport photo (bare-head, full face) against a white background.   

  (3) Proof of legal stay or residence status. If the applicant is not an Bangladeshi, please present the original copy and photocopy of resident permit in Bangladesh.  

  (4) Photocopy of previous Chinese passports or previous Chinese visas (applicable to foreign citizens who were Chinese citizens and have obtained foreign citizenship)  

  If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you should provide your previous Chinese passport held and a photocopy of its data page.  

  If you have obtained Chinese visas before and want to apply for a Chinese visa with a renewed foreign passport that does not contain any Chinese visa, you should present the photocopy of the previous passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate, as well as the previous Chinese visa page. (If your name on the current passport differs from that on the previous one, you must provide an official document of name change.)  

     

  2. Here are the supporting documents you need to submit for visa application (categorized by visa type):  

     

     

  C-Visa  

  A letter of guarantee issued by a foreign transport company or an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity in China  

     

  D-Visa  

  The original and photocopy of the Confirmation Form for Foreigners Permanent Residence Status issued by the Ministry of Public Security of China.  

  Please be advised that holders of D Visa shall, within 30 days from the date of their entry, apply to the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under local people's governments at or above the county level in the proposed places of residence for foreigners' residence permits.  

  

       F\M-Visa  

 1.The applicant should provide the "Verification Letter of Invitation" together with an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China, or “Invitation Letter(TE)”(printout or photocopy). These invitation letters can be processed by the Chinese inviter.

 2. The applicant can be exempted from the aboved Intivation Letters, only submit the Incumbent Letter or Guarantee Letter issued by those entities: Bangladesh Government Department, important organizations, top-rated commercial association, wellknown companies, research institutes, organizations  involving China-Bangla cooperate projects, friengship organizations, Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh, Oversea Chinese Association in Bangladesh, etc. However, an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China is still needed. This invitation letter should contain:

–Information about the applicant (name, gender, date of birth, passport No, etc.)

–Information about the visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual, financial source)

–Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual)

–The inviting party should make clear in the letter that the applicant shall abide by Chinese laws and regulations during his/her stay in China and leave China on time.

   3. The visa officer may ask the applicant to interview or signing off after finishing his/her visit to China. The applicant should cooperate with the requests.

  G-Visa  

    Applicants should follow the L visa requirements for G visa.  

     

  J1-Visa  

  Visa Notification Letter issued by the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and an official letter issued by the media organization for which the journalist works.  

  Pleased be advised that holders of J1 Visa shall, within 30 days from the date of their entry, apply to the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under local people's governments at or above the county level in the proposed places of residence for foreigners' residence permits.  

     

  J2-Visa  

  Visa Notification Letter issued by the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or other authorized units in China and an official letter issued by the media organization for which the journalist works.  

     

  L-Visa  

  Applicants should submit one of the following sets of supporting documents:   

  (1) Invitation letter issued by authorized travel agencies and applicant's bank statement. The bank statement should prove that the applicant has at least 100 USD  each day during his/her stay in China.  

  (2) Invitation letter issued by travel agencies registered in the Mainland of China, hotel reservation with complete payment, detailed travel schedule in China, round air ticket and bank statement. The bank statement should prove that the applicant has at least 100 USD each day during his/her stay in China.  

     

  Q1-Visa  

  For family reunion, the following documents are required:  

  (1) An invitation letter issued by a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen with a Chinese permanent residence permit who lives in China. The invitation letter should include:  

  a) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)  

  b) Information on the visit ( purpose of visit, intended arrival date, place(s) of intended residence, intended duration of residence, arrival and departure dates, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual, financial source for expenditures)  

  c) Information on the inviting individual (name, telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of legal representative or the inviting individual, ID number, etc.)  

  (2) Photocopy of Chinese ID of the inviting individual or foreign passport and permanent residence permit.  

  (3) Original and photocopy of certification showing the relationship of family members between applicant and inviting individual.  

  (4) Applicant's air ticket to China.  

  "Family members" refers to spouses, parents, sons, daughters, spouses of sons or daughters, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandsons, granddaughters and parents-in-law.  

  For foster care, the following documents are required:  

     (1) Foster entrustment notarization issued by Chinese Embassies/Consulates General in foreign countries or Foster Care Power of Attorney notarized and authenticated in the country of residence or in China  

     (2) Original and photocopy of the consignor's passport(s), as well as the original and photocopy of certification (marriage certificate, birth certificate, certification of kinship issued by Public Security Bureau or notarized certification of kinship) notarized and authenticated certification showing the relationship between parents or guardians and children.  

     (3) A letter of consent on foster care issued by the trustee living in China who has agreed to provide foster care services and a photocopy of the ID of the trustee.  

     (4) A photocopy of the certificate indicating the permanent residence status abroad of the parent(s) when the child was born, provided that either or both parents of the child are Chinese citizens.  

  Please be advised that holders of Q1 Visa shall, within 30 days from the date of their entry, apply to the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under local people's governments at or above the county level in the proposed places of residence for foreigners' residence permits.  

  All Q1 visa applicants should present themselves to this Embassy for visa interviews.  

     

  Q2-Visa  

  (1) An invitation letter issued by a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen with a Chinese permanent residence permit who lives in China. The invitation letter should contain:  

  a) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.)  

  b) Information on the visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting individual, financial source for expenditures)  

  c) Information on the inviting individual (name, telephone number, address, ID number, signature etc.)  

  (2) Photocopy of Chinese ID or foreign passport and permanent residence permit of the inviting individual  

  (3) Original and photocopy of certification showing the relationship of family members between applicant and inviting individual.  

  (4) Applicant's round air tickets.  

  All Q2 visa applicants should present themselves to this Embassy for visa interviews.  

     

  R-Visa  

     Applications of this visa type are subject to the approval of the competent authority of the Chinese Government.  

     

  S1-Visa  

  (1) An invitation letter from the inviting individual (a foreigner who resides in China for work or study purposes). The letter should include:  

  a) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.)  

  b) Information on the visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place of intended residence, relations between the applicant and the inviting individual, financial source for expenditures, etc.)  

  c) Information on the inviting individual (name, passport number, telephone number, address, signature, etc.)  

  (2) A photocopy of the inviting individual's passport and residence permit  

  (3) Original and photocopy of certification showing the relationship of immediate family members between applicants and inviting individual.  

  (4) Applicant's air ticket to China.  

  "immediate family members " here refers to spouses, parents, sons or daughters under the age of 18, parents-in-law.  

  Please be advised that holders of S1 Visa shall, within 30 days from the date of their entry, apply to the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under local people's governments at or above the county level in the proposed places of residence for foreigners' residence permits.  

  All S1 visa applicants should present themselves to this Embassy for visa interviews.  

     

  S2-Visa  

  For short-time visit of family members, the following documents are required:  

      (1) An invitation letter issued by the inviting individual (a foreigner who resides in China for work or study purposes). The letter should include:  

  a) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, passport number,  etc.)  

  b) Information on the visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting individual, financial source for expenditures, etc.)  

  c) Information on the inviting individual (name, passport number, contact telephone number, address, signature, etc.)  

  (2) A photocopy of the inviting individual's (a foreigner who stays or lives in China for work or studies) passport and residence permit  

  (3) Photocopy of certification showing the relationship of family members between the applicant and the inviting individual.  

  "Family members" here refers to spouses, parents, sons, daughters, spouses of sons or daughters, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandsons, granddaughters and parents-in-law.  

  All S2 visa applicants should present themselves to this Embassy for visa interviews.  

  X1-Visa  

  (1) Original and photocopy of the Admission Letter issued by a school, university or other educational entities in China.  

  (2) Original and photocopy of "Visa Application for Study in China" (Form JW201 or Form JW202).  

  (3) Scholarship winners should present certification of their scholarship ownership. Self-support applicants are required to present bank statements. The bank statement should prove that the applicant has at least 2500USD each year for his/her study in China.  

  Please be advised that holders of X1 Visa shall, within 30 days from the date of their entry, apply to the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under local people's governments at or above the county level in the proposed places of residence for foreigners' residence permits.  

  All X1 visa applicants should present themselves to this Embassy for visa interviews.  

     

  X2-Visa  

      X2 visa applicants should follow the X1 visa requirements.  

  All X2 visa applicants should present themselves to this Embassy for visa interviews.  

     

  Z-Visa  

  Applicants should present one of the following sets of documents:  

         (1) Work Permit for Foreign Experts in China issued by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts .  

  (2) Registration Certificate of Resident Representative Offices of enterprises of foreign countries (regions) issued by Chinese authorities of industrial and commercial administration.  

  (3) Approval for commercial performances issued by the Chinese government authorities for cultural affairs.  

  (4) Letter of Invitation to Foreigners for Offshore Petroleum Operations in China issued by China National Offshore Oil Corporation.  

  (5) Employment License for Foreigners from the Ministry of Human Sesourse and Social Security of the PRC.  

         (6) Work Permit Notice issued by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts (photocopy only) .  

  Please be advised that holders of Z Visa shall, within 30 days from the date of their entry, apply to the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under local people's governments at or above the county level in the proposed places of residence for foreigners' residence permits.  

  3. Special Reminder  

  (1) Usually, photocopy of invitation letter is acceptable. However, if necessary, the consular officer may require the applicant to submit the original copy of the invitation letter.  

  (2) If necessary, the consular officer may require the applicant to provide other supporting documents or supplementary materials, or require an interview with the applicant.  

  (3) The outcome of visa application is subject to the decision of visa officers.
