On January 8, 2020, Ambassador Li Jiming attended the Commencement Ceremony of Modernization of Telecommunication Network for Digital Connectivity Project and delivered a speech. Mustafa Jabbar, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications Division of Bangladesh, Md. Nur-Ur-Rahman, Secretary of Posts and Telecommunications Division of Bangladesh attended and delivered speeches. Military Attache Li Chenglin and Commercial Counsellor Liu Zhenhua from Chinese Embassy were present.
